		<description>Thanks Kiran -  We can use wideband delphi technique based on the project. If you want to put nail on wood we use hammer or screw driver but the use of tool and process will depend on the nail. Here nail is the project and tool is the process. 

Delphi process requires most of the experts time and may not be adopted by many companies during RFP stage.
